Here is the workout I will be doing on the days where I choose to use the TRX as a short workout.

This TRX workout is meant to work your legs, biceps, shoulders, and core. With added benefits of improving your coordination, balance, mobility, flexibility, and core stability.

Do each set 2 times, taking a short break (5 minutes), between each set. To increase the intensity, do not take any breaks. 

​

Equipment required:

  1. TRX

  2. (if needed) Yoga Mat
