This TRX workout is meant to work your legs, biceps, shoulders, and core. With added benefits of improving your coordination, balance, mobility, flexibility, and core stability.

Do each set 2 times, taking a short break (5 minutes), between each set. To increase the intensity, do not take any breaks.
