Nike training app

Here are the workouts I will be doing on the days where I choose to use the Nike training app workouts.

"Full Body Hustle"

This workout focuses on agility, conditioning, full body endurance, and 'quickness'.

"Core Crunch 2.0"

This workout focuses on core conditioning and lower body endurance.

"HIT Challenge"

This workout focuses on calorie burning, conditioning, full body endurance, functional strength and overall fitness.
